Understand what is changing, and what can be done about it.

MaxHealth evaluates hormonal changes, weight, energy, sleep, mood, libido, and metabolic health within one connected care relationship.

Your symptoms are real, even when the explanation is not simple.

These symptoms may have more than one cause. That is why they deserve a full evaluation, not a guess.

Many women are told these changes are just part of getting older. Some may be hormonal, some may not be, and many overlap. A complete evaluation is how you find out what is actually contributing.

Hormones are part of the picture, not the entire picture.

Before recommending a plan, your provider may consider the full range of factors that can shape how you feel.

Treatment options

Treatment is matched to you, not assumed.

Weight and hormonal change

Weight changes during midlife are not always explained by one factor.

Several things move at once in midlife. A plan works better when it accounts for all of them.

Does completing the assessment mean I qualify for medication?

No. The assessment helps MaxHealth understand your concerns and route you toward an appropriate consultation. Medication eligibility can only be determined through clinical evaluation.

Does every patient need laboratory testing?

No. Testing needs vary by patient, treatment pathway, medical history, and provider judgment. Your provider will explain which tests may be appropriate and whether they carry a separate cost.

Are medications included in the membership price?

Medications are not included in the monthly membership fee. Our team works with your provider to help you find the most affordable options, and Comprehensive members have a personal pharmacist to help with medication costs.

Can I receive care virtually?

Virtual appointments may be available depending on your location, provider, medical needs, and state requirements. Some conditions, testing, or treatments may require an in-person visit.

Do I have to stop seeing my current doctor?

No. You may continue seeing your existing physicians and specialists. MaxHealth can provide additional accessible support within the limits of its services and coordination policies.
